Everything begins with the intake form.

Set aside about 20 quiet minutes for it. It is not a signup form, it is the first act of the work itself, a guided conversation with yourself, on paper. Every word is read closely. At the end of the form you suggest three times that suit you, at least a week out, and we personally confirm one of them with a calendar invite and Google Meet link.

Here for yoga? Sessions and the nature list live on the yoga page. For the counselling or psychotherapy waitlists, each page has its own.

What happens next

1

You fill in the intake form

About 20 minutes, and worth every one of them. Most people learn something about themselves before we have even met.

2

I confirm one of your times

In the form you suggest three times that suit you. Your answers are read closely, one of your times is confirmed personally, and your calendar invite with the Google Meet link comes straight from us.

3

We talk for 20 minutes

An honest conversation about where you are and what you need. No pitch, no pressure, no commitment.

You do not need to know what you want yet.

Plenty of people book this call without being able to name the thing. That is a perfectly good place to begin, and often the most honest one.

No commitment

The form does not obligate you to anything. It is simply where the work begins.

No pitch

We will not spend the call selling you anything.

Honest about fit

If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will say so.
