The coach who believes thriving starts from within.

Hello — I'm Nazanin.

I'm the coach behind Thrive Within You. But I'm not the kind of coach who hands you a framework, a five-step plan, or a borrowed roadmap. My work is quieter than that — and, I believe, more lasting.

I work with people who feel stuck — not because they lack knowledge, but because they can't hear themselves clearly. The noise gets in the way: other people's expectations, old patterns, the pressure to have everything figured out. Underneath all of that, there is usually a very clear knowing. My job is to help you reach it.

The name Thrive Within You comes from exactly that. Real, lasting thriving doesn't come from outside — not from advice, not from a system, not from someone else's blueprint. It comes from within. From your own clarity, your own values, your own sense of what's true for you.

What I believe

I believe you already have what you need to thrive. Not as a platitude — as something I've seen proven, consistently, in the work. Every person I've worked with has arrived feeling blocked and found their own way through. I've never been the one who found it for them. I've been the one who held the space while they did.

I also believe that the process of discovering your own answer matters as much as the answer itself. When a solution is genuinely yours — not borrowed from a book or a well-meaning friend or someone else's success story — it sticks. You own it, and you know what to do with it.

What this is not

Thrive Within You is a coaching practice, not a clinical service. I work with people feeling stuck, unclear, or blocked — across work, life, relationships, direction, and identity. I don't work with:

  • Addiction and substance-related issues
  • Trauma-related cases, including domestic violence

These require clinical expertise that sits outside the scope of coaching. If you're navigating those experiences, I'll be glad to point you toward the right support.

How a session feels

01

You bring whatever is present

No homework, no prep, no agenda to follow. Whatever is on your mind — the thing that's been circling, the decision you keep avoiding, the feeling you can't quite name — bring that.

02

I listen without agenda

I'm not building a case or preparing advice. I'm fully present, following what you bring, asking questions that open things up rather than steer them anywhere.

03

Something within you moves

Most people notice a shift by the end of the first session. Sometimes it's subtle — a thread of clarity through a lot of noise. That's usually enough to start thriving forward.
