What a session is like
Direct, warm, and yours to use
You bring the real situation, the numbers, the drafts, the half formed plan. We ask sharp questions, then give you our honest read and concrete recommendations. Expect specifics, not frameworks. What we would do, what we would skip, and why.
You will never be talked into bigness. Some of the best advice we give is what not to build yet. And because coaching is the heart of this practice, we are just as comfortable pausing the tactics when the real blocker turns out to be something quieter.
