Services · Counselling
Counselling, for the season you are in.
Present focused, practical support for the things life is asking of you right now. Counselling is in development here, held to the same values as everything we do. Your pace, your dignity, prices you can see.
What we will address
The work counselling is for
If you recognize yourself below, this service is being built for you.
Relationships and couples
The distance that grew quietly, the same fight on repeat, trust that needs rebuilding. For one of you, or both of you in the room together.
Finding love
Dating without abandoning yourself. The patterns that keep choosing the same wrong person, and opening up again after being hurt.
Grief and loss
A loss that still sits in the chest. The strange guilt of moving forward, and learning to carry what cannot be put down.
Life transitions and adapting
A new country, a new role, an ending you did not choose. Adapting when the old map stops matching the territory.
ADHD
A mind with forty tabs open. Starting what matters, finishing what you start, and building systems that work with your brain instead of shaming it.
Anxiety
Racing thoughts, the constant what ifs, a body that will not settle even when everything looks fine from the outside.
Foggy mind
The burnout blur, decisions made through cotton, words just out of reach, and the exhaustion of holding it all together.
We describe experiences here, not diagnoses. This page is about the support we are building, and it is not medical advice. If you are in crisis now, please reach out to a crisis line or emergency services today.
Which one fits?
Counselling or psychotherapy?
Counselling is present focused. It works with something specific and contained, such as a relationship under strain, a loss, a transition, an anxious season, or a mind that will not settle. The focus is defined, so the work often has a shorter arc.
Psychotherapy goes deeper and longer by design. It is for patterns that outlast circumstances, understanding how they took hold, where they run your choices from, and how they loosen at the root.
As a rule of thumb, if it feels situational, start with counselling. If the same pattern has followed you since long before this situation, psychotherapy may be the deeper fit.

We are honest about where this stands. Our founder is completing her training in this work, and these doors open when it can be offered properly, not a day sooner. The waitlist brings first choice of founding spots and one email when booking opens. Nothing else.
Until then, coaching is open now, and many people find it is exactly the right place to begin.
